Eyes setting upon the man in front of her, Roseanne felt like she was about to topple over when she recognized his face. Was her eyes playing tricks on her or was that who she thought it was?

“Holy hell.. Are you Indiana Jones?” She asked, flabbergasted as a large smile creeped onto her lips.

Indiana was just going about his business, sure enough it was a fairly average day for being at some point in the future that he only had three months of experience with so far. His attention was caught by someone asking if he was exactly who he was.

Indiana speaks, reads, and writes in 27 languages. He picks up as much as he can in any area he goes, this was started in Egypt when he met Ned, or “Lawrence of Arabia”.

Though he may not speak many dead languages fluently he does have a grasp on them and is looking into them as often as he can.

Indiana was checking the computer, which should have been foreign technology to him, being that he was in fact in the wrong time period, but assuming that he one day was not a stubborn pain in the ass about it and figured out how to use one and make an email, he was going about checking whatever he’d set up on some computer in a library that he’d come across in a nearly third-world country. Nevertheless he was faced with quite a bit of irritation as he looked over the message.

Mentioning you’re an archaeologist may have been the most necessary part of this letter, you see I get many figure skaters coming in with maps. Sparta sounds like a great place to start, being that Atlantis is known as a sunken city, it’s great to look at the ground for a little while to remember how it started off.

Get a diving suit and scrape up a team. This is not a one person job.

A slight gaze set to the hatted man moving closer, and speaking to John. People normally never walked up to John unless they needed something. And if they didn’t need anything they never spoke to him. It was his size he always thought. He was well built, taller than an average man, quiet most of the time, and had that dangerously eerie look to him. Though it could be a good thing that someone was speaking to John. He was never very social when it came to new people and it could be good for him. The man looked like an interesting fella. Watching as the man extended his hand John nodded and gave his hand a firm grasp before shaking it. “John Rambo, sir.” Was the man John gave to Indiana after he let his hand drop back to his side. With a slight nod John agreed with him. He was right, John came to the bar alone, just to think and enjoy a drink, and never expected to speak with someone.

Indiana had known people that were probably way more offsetting than this man, maybe not as many that were quite so large, but hey, guy had a pretty trustworthy handshake. That was likely to be because it was one of those that could cut of circulation if held long enough. “John,” he nearly grinned, “Good to meet you, John.” For the most part he was so happy to talk to someone that wasn’t a student or some fella on the dig that just kept asking the same damn question. Good God he was getting sick of that kid. Apparently there was just something so wrong with listening for a damn second so he wouldn’t have to ask again and again. Turning his glass about in his hand, he decided not to let just so much silence pass. “So, where y’from, John?” a question like that was simple enough, friendly. Hell, he normally forgot to ask, but it was one way to make conversation, even if the guy didn’t seem like the most chatty fella on the face of the Earth, Indiana was sure he could keep a conversation going.

I’ve had a bomb strapped to my body and forced to convince Sherlock I was a violent psychopath.
